Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has fallen in love with Lucas Beineke—a sweet, intelligent young man from a perfectly ordinary family. Hoping to win their parents’ approval, Wednesday invites the Beinekes to dinner at the Addams mansion, where secrets are revealed, family loyalties are tested, and one unforgettable evening quickly spirals into hilarious chaos. Filled with catchy songs, quirky humor, and heartfelt moments, this family-friendly musical celebrates love, acceptance, and the idea that every family is wonderfully unique in its own way. Kelly Pidgeon James has served on the Dixon Community Theater Board of Directors since the organization’s incorporation in 2024. A passionate advocate for arts education and community engagement, she has directed multiple youth theater productions, taught theater classes for young performers, and facilitated the after-school enrichment theater program at Anderson Elementary School. Kelly believes that participation in the performing arts helps young people develop creativity, confidence, teamwork, communication skills, and lifelong friendships.
Her dedication to the children of Dixon, combined with her commitment to expanding access to the arts, has been a driving force behind her work with Dixon Community Theater. Through her leadership, she strives to create meaningful artistic experiences that inspire young performers to discover their talents and express themselves creatively. Kelly is thrilled to once again work with a talented cast of young performers as they bring The Addams Family Musical Young@Part® to life and looks forward to helping them create lasting memories, build new friendships, and share a fun-filled theatrical experience with the community.
Stevie Carr is excited to be the Stage Manager and Sound Engineer for The Addams Family Musical Young@Part® at Dixon Community Theater. A familiar face both onstage and behind the scenes, Stevie has appeared in numerous productions, including Cinderella and Legally Blonde, and has also worked in sound design, stage management, and other technical theater roles.
Stevie is thrilled to work alongside Kelly and the creative team to help create a fun and memorable experience for this cast. Passionate about giving back to the theater community that has given him so much, he hopes to inspire young performers as they begin their own artistic journeys. Stevie can’t wait to see all the talent that auditions for this delightfully spooky production!

Kaitlyn is so excited to join the artistic team for Addam’s Family! Kaitlyn is a board-certified music therapist, music teacher, director, and performer working in the Greater Sacramento area.

Isabelle (Bella) Reeder is thrilled to be choreographing The Addams Family Musical Young@Part® for Dixon Community Theater. While this is her first time serving as choreographer for a production of this scale, she is incredibly excited for the opportunity to work with such a talented group of young performers and help bring this wonderfully spooky story to life.
Isabelle has trained as a dancer for 14 years, competing and performing throughout California. With experience in tap, ballet, hip-hop, jazz, lyrical, and musical theater dance, she looks forward to incorporating a variety of styles into the production while helping each performer grow in confidence and shine on stage. Isabelle currently teaches dance classes at River City Dance Academy in West Sacramento and is passionate about sharing her love of dance with the next generation of performers. She hopes this production will be a fun, rewarding, and memorable experience for everyone involved.

Irie Carr is thrilled to be the dance captain for this production! Previously, she has choreographed 2 shows for Pioneer High School: Little Shop of Horrors and Heathers, Teenage Edition, as well as Ride the Cyclone for another company. She is a passionate dancer and takes many dance classes with the Woodland Opera House Theater and Dance Annex. Through the Woodland Opera House, she has also had the opportunity to be an intern choreographer and learn from some of the best! Irie is incredibly thrilled to continue choreographing through this show, as she hopes to do this professionally one day!

Lydia Smith recently joined the Dixon Community Theater Board of Directors and is excited to serve as co-producer of The Addams Family Musical Young@Part® alongside Kelly Pidgeon James. Having previously performed in The Addams Family herself, Lydia brings firsthand knowledge of the show and a unique perspective that will help guide this production from rehearsals to opening night.
Lydia is passionate about supporting the arts and creating opportunities for young performers to learn, grow, and build confidence through theater. She looks forward to sharing her experience with the cast and helping create a fun, welcoming, and memorable environment for everyone involved. With her enthusiasm for the production and commitment to the success of its performers, Lydia is excited to help bring this musical to life for audiences and participants alike.
